South beach
The beautiful sandy beach is about 700 m long, bordered on the right by a river with great rocks, to the left by a flat rock barrier, behind which the
Poseidon Beach
connects.
Tall trees provide pleasant shade, especially in the mornings.
The rocky hill of the national park in the north protects this beach from the strong waves of the monsoons, so that with a little caution you can usually swim here even in the rainy season.
A good infrastructure of restaurants has formed around the hotels Khaolak Merlin Resort, Eden, Emerald and Briza.
