	Khuk Khak Beach - Khao Lak The administrative center Ban Khuk Khak is situated 4 km north of Ban Bang Niang. In this traditional village there are a few simple shops, the petrol station, and the police station. Khuk Khak Beach: From the highway H4 the turn-off at KM 65,5 takes you through the village Ban Khuk Khak and another 1000 m to the sandy beach near the Khuk Khak River. The 4 km long beach is very shallow. Laem Pakarang (Coral Cape): The road to Coral Cape (Laem Pakarang) turns off at KM 68,4 of highway H4. The road leads 3,5 km through coconut plantations past the resorts to the sandy beach. At low tide an extensive coral reef is visible. Turning right takes you to the Coral Cape (1.3 km). Here you may find many beautiful sea shells among the vast field of coral rocks.
